La Maison de Sabrina

One Friday afternoon, while I was calling my primary school friend asking her how she was because I saw her boutique closed, she popped the question, will you be interested to run the cakes and dessert section in her new cafe, she ask me to ask my hubby before we proceed.

It was so sudden and such a whirl wind, but it was something that I want to venture in the near future. ..so why not? Leap of faith? yup...Insyaallah semoga dipermudahkan urusan..

 Nina, Aizah and Sue came and give their support .yup it opened its door on the 5th October 2015. Thank you girls, you're the best!! I couldn't ask for    more.

First cakes, the all time favourite and my best seller, Victoria Sandwich cake and my Devils's Food Chocolate Cake .

I managed to get some support from my other fellow homebakers during our first week of business-
Mr. Choux from Rue de La Couture, Syasya from Dapdaplicious, Ayu from the Purple Kitchen. Putri from Butterfly cake and Fuzz from personal taste by Fuzz.
We had cakes, brownies, pastry, once-once cake, hummingbird, red velvet, cream puff, pecan pie and banofee pie.







Eda and her daughter came a few days later..Thank you Eda...
Chiller arrived few days later and I managed to whipped up some more dessert for the chiller and introduced new flavour to the cake lover in Taman Tun.

Ispahan pavlova, Ispahan cheesecake, speculoos cheesecake, passionfruit cream brûlée , banana cream dessert, bread&butter pudding with vanilla sauce, twiggies, cuppies..

There will be more and more variety of cakes, dessert and even nyonya kueh coming soon...
