  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnut  (optional)
1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl- set aside
2. Combine butter&sugar
3.Add the eggs , one at a time to the sugar mixture
4.Add vanilla to the mix, add chocolate chips, the nuts then the flour until combined.
5. Coat a 13 x 9 pan with non stick spray and spread nbatter evenly into dish
6. Bake at 360 degree  for 30 minute or until the top is golden brown.

mmm...congo bars with almond slices on top

Make sure don't over bake

1st time try..mak aiii..manis nyer..so I decided to reduce the sugar..

My kids lurrves this so much and they keep asking for more..slightly crunchy outside and soft inside. A marriage made in heaven between brownies and chocolate chip cookies..Yummmsss

Not too sweet, usually I use semi sweet or dark chocolate to balance the taste
